Under a multi-year IDIQ contract to provide A/E Services for the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VAMC in Jackson, MS, Husman Environmental & Construction, LLC (HE&C) was selected to assist the VAMC Staff by developing a Critical Utility System Management Plan and integrate that Plan into the existing computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). The CMMS system is one currently in use throughout the VA Hospital System and serves as an asset management system to help automate ongoing operations and maintenance of mechanical and utility systems and other record keeping requirements. Our Team, assisted by VAMC Staff, conducted thorough reviews of all systems throughout the Hospital and helped the VAMC build one of the most comprehensive and up-to-date CMMS systems in the VA due to the experience of our Team building identical systems with other VAMC’s across the Nation.
