Under a multi-year IDIQ contract to provide A/E Services for the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VAMC in Jackson, MS, Husman Environmental & Construction, LLC (HE&C) was selected to assist the VAMC Staff investigate the probable cause of ongoing clogging and blockages in the sanitary sewer line that collects a majority of the wastewater from the VAMC campus and transports it to the nearby City system. Additionally, due to ongoing and repeated failures of critical utilities in the subbasement of the original Hospital, HE&C was asked to conduct an evaluation and report on the physical condition of the mechanical and plumbing systems under the Hospital to assess potential damages resulting from environmental and physical conditions underneath the Hospital.
