Under a multi-year IDIQ contract to provide A/E Services for the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VAMC in Jackson, MS, Husman Environmental & Construction, LLC (HE&C) was selected to provide all architectural , engineering, fire protection, and commissioning services for the complete renovation of approximately 24,000 SF of the existing 1st floor of the Community Living Center (CLC). The VAMC had already proceeded with renovation of the basement floor and we were challenged to integrate the work already approved and under construction including utilities, HVAC controls, and alarm systems common to both floors.
